Next time there is an elephant in the room be careful because they might join in the conversation well that’s according to scientists at San Diego Zoo,   Scientists there say they are about to publish findings suggesting elephants can talk to each other in a secret language too low for human ears to hear. Let us not forget elephants also have a great memory.

So the elephant in the room might not be a silent factor phrase anymore.

According to the study in addition to the familiar trumpeting sound the large mammals make a low rumbling noise.

Matt Anderson, associate director of behavioral biology at the zoo’s Institute for Conservation Research, said they manipulate this to say different things to each other.
