It was a little over two years ago when Sarah graduated from UMass Amherst, after majoring in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and with no job lined up that this savvy businesswoman to be sent her resume to a property management firm in NYC. Much to Sarah’s surprise, she was called in for an interview days later. Soon after that she met with the President of the company who hired her on the spot. Sarah was then asked to start working 4 days later. Eager to begin her career, she accepted and quickly headed back home to Rochester NY to pack up her entire life.
Then reality set in and during her 6 hour drive home, Sarah started to panic. She had $1,500 in her bank account, had no idea where to live, and had no friends in the city (except for 1 person).
